MACKINS ELV & SWITCHGEAR

In addition to using the highest quality components inside the panels to ensure the highest reliability, safety and quality standards, MACKINS qualified staff of engineers and technicians will handle the project details from design to manufacturing as well as after sale support services. A Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) certificate will be issued for each assembled panel to ensure the manufacturing is done in accordance to customer specifications and requirements. Our activities are widely diversified to cater for all trades of electrical engineering, automation and control. We involve the survey, design, consultation, engineering, manufacturing, testing and maintenance of low voltage distribution panels up to 6400A in all forms of construction (FORM-2 up to FORM-4 Type-6) according to IEC and NEMA standards, low voltage motor control centers, fixed types in all forms of construction to IEC and NEMA as well as compartmentalize withdrawal type. In addition to the aforementioned panels, MACKINS provide motor starters and motor control centers for AC motors variable speed types and soft starters. Furthermore, MACKINS assemble and program fixed and automatic type power factor correction systems, as well as supervision, monitoring and synchronizing systems for Generators. Moreover, MACKINS supply Low voltage automatic and manual transfer switches up to 6400A.

The Hotel Room Management System improves the management, the control and the usability of the electric system of a hotel or a similar structure, including the following services: Access control, AC regulation, lighting management, alarm and notification management, integration with the different Front Office Hotel Management Systems and technological systems like fire alarms, emergency lighting, load management, telephone, etc. The main three features of the system are: economic saving in lighting energy and air conditioning energy, a real time overview of the room status, comfort of use for the guests. The use of the system allows in fact a saving of approximately 30% on the air conditioning and 15% on the electric power. While monitoring in real time the hotel structure, the system simplifies the management. From the Supervision Software it is possible to obtain all information regarding the status of the rooms and the common areas. No energy waste is possible.
